WEF and Why
The World Expeditions Foundation is the not-for-profit arm of the World Expeditions Travel Group, created to empower travellers and communities to create lasting, meaningful change through travel.
It provides a platform for travellers, partners and supporters to contribute directly to projects that protect the natural environment, support community wellbeing, and build resilience in the places we explore.
Our Regen 2030 goal is to establish at least one regenerative project in every country we operate in by the end of 2030. These projects are long-term in focus, developed in partnership with local communities, and designed to give more than they take.
Further to this commitment, WETG brands donate the equivalent of AUD$5 on behalf of every traveller to the Foundation, a tangible way your journey contributes to positive outcomes beyond the trip.
